What you have on day 30, and what it takes from you to get there.
A month, week by week: what exists at the end of each week, and what I need from you.
| Week | What exists at the end of it | Your part |
|---|---|---|
| Week 0 | We talk, I look at your numbers, and you get a written recommendation. Nobody sends any data before you decide. | A conversation. |
| Week 1 | Your systems connected, and the first definitions drafted. | Access to your systems. |
| Week 2 | What each unit really cost, delivery by delivery. | Your purchase data. |
| Week 3 | Every definition agreed, and the assistant open to your team. | A conversation about how your costs are booked. |
| Week 4 | The first written recommendation in each area you took, and a meeting to go through it. | The meeting. |
What I need from you
Access, one named person for each area you take, and time at the start from whoever books your costs. Nothing else.
After the first month
Every week
A short list where the area has one, such as stock that has started to slow.
Every month
A written recommendation for each area, and a meeting to decide.
Every quarter
What to add, and what to drop.
If you leave
One month's notice from either side, from the first month. You keep your data, the code and every definition.
Write to me about your brand.
A few lines is plenty. If you're not the one who decides, forwarding this to whoever does works just as well.
There's nothing to prepare, and nobody sends me any data before we decide to work together.
