How do we start?
Sign up, and I'll set up the helper where your team works. That can be Slack, Claude or ChatGPT. We go through your list together, then I start on the first need.
Who will build my tools?
You work with me, Martin, one to one. For each need, you can build with me or have me finish what you started. Or I can build it from what you tell me.
What if you are ill or away?
Your tools run without me watching. Tests check each change. Each tool is watched. If one stops, agents fix it without waiting for me.
How many things can I ask for?
Put as many needs as you like on your list. I work on one tool at a time.
What happens when I pause?
You can pause for up to a year. Your tools keep running, and your first month paused is free. After that, you pay only 750 DKK a month for hosting. After a year paused, your tools move to hosting of your own.
What if I need a bigger tool?
I build it in parts, one at a time. You get the first part within two business days.
What do you build with?
I build in Claude Code and Codex. If your AI builder keeps its code in Git, I can work with it there.
Will I own the tools?
Yes, the code and data are yours. They're kept apart from every other client's. You keep all of it if we stop. You can change the code yourself.
What happens to my tools if I stop?
Your tools keep running while paused, for up to a year. If you cancel, your code and data move to hosting of your own. The same happens after a year paused.
Where will my data live?
Your tools and data run on your own machine in the EU. It's in your company's name, apart from other clients. Each person sees only what their job needs. Claude or ChatGPT may handle your questions outside the EU.
How do I ask for a tool?
Send your need in Slack, Claude or ChatGPT. You can use a message, a screenshot or a video. The helper asks what it still needs, then I review it for your list.
What if I don't like what you build?
Tell me what needs to change. I keep working with you until everyone's happy.
Is there anything you don't build?
I don't work on the webshop itself, including its theme and checkout. Tools is for internal tools. Numbers handles your metrics book, and Steer handles expected contribution profit.
What if I only need one tool?
You can pause once it's done. Come back when you have another need.
Can I get a refund?
You get 75% back if you're unhappy after the first week, no questions asked. There are no refunds after that.
Can I sign up for just a month?
Yes, Tools runs month to month, with no setup price. You can pause or cancel anytime.
Does the price cover hosting?
Your own machine runs every service you have with me. Hosting, backups and upkeep are included. Services billed by use, such as AI tokens, run on your own account.
Do I need Numbers and Steer too?
No, you can start with Tools alone. Numbers gives your tools a metrics book with numbers you trust. Steer's expected contribution profit for each order makes more useful tools possible.
