Your margin is leaking somewhere. I find where, and every week I tell you what to do about it.
Before you pay anything, a straight answer on whether it is worth it. If it is, the build sits in your name, and every week you get a written call on the buy, the stock, the ad money and where the month lands.
Who I am: Martin Brummerstedt. I run Enum Studio from Copenhagen, and I run the numbers at Miinto, a fashion marketplace in twelve countries.
What runs at Miinto today, built there with a small team, and what each piece replaced. Every one of these you would get.

One definition of every number
Two reports used to answer the same question with two different numbers, because two teams had written the same measure two ways. Now every metric has one written definition, with its formula and where it comes from, and it is what the analysts and the company's AI assistant both read from.

Profit on every order, from the day it is placed
Expected gross profit, with returns modelled per product and per market, is the basis every report reads, rather than revenue or a blended margin.
- 03
Advertising steered by profit
Each market's ad spend is steered against a profit target rather than a revenue target. The targets come from a forecast that maximises gross profit rather than volume, and an assistant reads actual profit on ad spend against target and recommends what to change.
- 04
Prices set on the number that matters
Each market's prices are steered to lift gross profit rather than volume, with a floor solved from that market's own real economics. Eleven markets run on it.
- 05
The month, before it closes
Order forecasts per market, and projected ranges for revenue, spend and gross profit, which is what the board plans on.
Thirteen tools across five teams: finance, marketing, partner growth, product, and the platform they share. One sign-in, all of them live and in daily use, built over the past year by a very small team on a profit model that is years older.

The profit model has run for years and the tools were built on it in the last one. Those are the two things to check.

So which of your bestsellers is it?
Write to me and I will tell you where I would look first in your numbers, and whether it is worth your money. Nothing to prepare, and no call until you want one.
If it is worth going further, I read your numbers rather than talk about them. Then I ask for a yes or a no. A maybe is the only answer that costs us both something.
